 AmenitiesThe Blue Diamond Mountain Bed and Breakfast has been designed with all the amenities of a first class country inn. Guests enter and exit through their own doors. Each room has its own bathroom, refrigerator, television, coffee pot, toaster and outdoor deck. Continental breakfast, Self-catered. Guests have the privacy of their own room or deck tables for breakfast and their own refrigerator for snacks and beverages. Each refrigerator is individually stocked and guests can have special dietary needs met on request. There is a water cooler, kettle and microwave in the common area on the upper floor along with a generous choice of reading materials and DVDs. Guests are welcome to enjoy the outdoor fire pit as well as the landscaped surroundings. Although it is the ideal getaway, a computer is available as is the use of the house telephone for emergencies. Parking available at the entrance. |

| I had the pleasure of visiting Laura Vinson's
awesome new home and B&B in very scenic Brule AB, just east of Jasper National Park. The facility/home is a
true example of a first class yet relaxed accommodation, ideal for executive retreats of 5 couples, or alternatively,
just going their on one's own. With "self contained" rooms a Santa Fe/Western theme and easy access to
the Park, Hinton or local activities such as horseback riding, this location is ideally suited in the mountains
as a local Alberta getaway to a hidden paradise. Even though they are brand new and first class, their pricing
provides true value. Once discovered, I can see that this place will have many return guests. As well, Laura and Dave, the hosts, are professional musicians and have just completed the professional basement recording studio (fully sound proofed, of course). It will no doubt attract the professional crowd and possibly the odd executive wishing to record his or her version of a song with the use of Laura and Dave as backup musicians (for the right price). I have already recommended this accommodation to business associates and expect to book an executive getaway this winter, since they are less than an hour to the Marmot ski resort.
